'Glamour Parfum' vintage perfume bottle (empty) by Bourjois of Paris. Boxed. Circa 1960s.
Clear glass with gently angled surfaces flaring outwards towards the bottom then back in at the base. Scalloped detail around the lower areas of the bottle. Small oval paper label to front of bottle. "Bourjois" moulded in glass underneath the bottle. Goldtone plastic screw top flaring upwards with ribbed sides and bobbled pattern on the top. Piece of old plastic plug in the bottle neck.
The box is made of card. The top is a slide-over sleeve, dark green with white lettering and embossed bow motif. 'Made in France No 4601' stated on the back. The top also has cellophane wrapped around it. The bottom section of the box is pale gold colour with an interior card insert with a cut-away section in which the bottle lies
