UK Delivery

All UK deliveries are shipped and typically arrive within 3 to 9 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends). Kube Publishing and The Islam Foundation publishing products may take up to 7 to 9 working days. You will receive email notifications about the delivery status, and you can track your item accordingly.

The delivery charge within the UK will be automatically calculated based on the weight of the products in the basket. Parcels usually arrive within 3 to 4 working days after dispatch. Orders over £35 qualify for FREE standard shipping in the UK.  Terms apply; more information on this offer is available at the end of this page.

If you live within a 3-mile radius of our location and your order is over £35.00, you are eligible to receive FREE standard shipping to your door.

If you qualify for free delivery and any of the products are out of stock, we will dispatch what is available and refund the out-of-stock items. Customers wanting to return goods are welcome, but the return label or cost will not be provided, and a 25% admin charge will apply to the total order.

World Zones

• World Zone 1: Covers all countries, not defined as being in Europe, World Zone 2, or World Zone 3. World Zone 1 generally covers countries in North America (excluding the USA), South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East, and South East Asia.

Undelivered Items

If an item is undelivered, contact The Islam Shop for tracking assistance. Once items are delivered, The Islam Shop is not responsible for missing packages.

If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable without leaving a note, no refund will be issued, and shipping charges apply. If the courier attempts delivery to an incomplete or incorrect address resulting in a parcel return, a refund will not be issued.

UK Services

For UK deliveries, undelivered parcels remain at the courier depot for about 48 hours. Replacement of undelivered items requires placing a new order online.

International Services

For international deliveries, undelivered parcels remain at the courier depot for up to 4 weeks. The Islam Shop attempts to contact with the customer for a suitable delivery time. After 21 days with no contact, the courier may attempt delivery to a neighbor. If unsuccessful, the parcel is returned with charges credited to the customer. Repeat delivery attempts are subject to additional charges.

The Islam Shop does not accept responsibility for packages returned due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees apply for re-sending. Customers are responsible for paying in advance of shipment.

If a delivery attempt is deliberately rejected by the customer, initial shipping fees and courier charges for return will be deducted from the total refund value.

Free Delivery Promotion

The free delivery offer excludes items in the Arabic Books, Urdu Books, and Tasheel Syllabus Categories. If eligible for free delivery and any products are out of stock, we will dispatch available items and refund the out-of-stock ones. Customers wanting to return goods are welcome, but the return label or cost will not be provided, and a 25% admin charge will apply to the total order.
