On most occasions, you can cancel your order within an hour of placing it. However, please contact The Islam Shop team and they will confirm if your order can be cancelled or whether it’s too late for it to be cancelled. You can cancel individual items within the order. If the goods have already been dispatched, we will not be able to stop the delivery process.

We accept all major credit/debit cards for payment. The cards accepted include: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal. Other cards like Discover, JCB, Diners, and Maestro are accepted.

Authority for payment must be given at the time of your order. Payment will be taken immediately. If your card is authorised, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
