Reviews

This book was excellent. I have a totally new understanding of the hardships of the Prophet Muhammad and the Muslims of his time. They were mistreated to a level I could never have imagined before reading this book. I will definitely read it again insha'Allah.  Kim

This amazing book that isn’t reviewed on BookTube(Youtube Channels on Book reviews). So, I finished this wonderful book a few days ago. I remember wanting to read this book from a long time, it seems my patience was worth the wait! This was among one of the gifts that I received from my beloved Uncle  and I started reading it whilst I was in Makkah, and Subhan Allah, I must say it is such an amazing read! Nishat Creations

This book is a great choice if one wants to read about Prophet Muhammad(SAW) for the first time. It basically gives an account of the major events that took place in the life of the Holy Prophet(SAW). No lengthy commentaries are given, just the bare facts, which helps the reader to analyse things for themselves. The only thing that I did not appreciate in regards with this book was that it was a little to brief and focused a little too much on the battles. I know that they are important, however, I like more to read about the small incidents that show his good character and give an insight into his personality. This book does lack those little moments, which have become so dear to the muslims in general. Anum

This is an excellent book, very easy read, ideal for teaching the kids - the life story of the Prophet (pbuh). In fact the story starts from five generations before Muhammed (pbuh). The chapters are small - easy to digest, at the end of each chapter is "lessons and morals" page, then there is a questions page.

A must have for anyone who wish to know the facts around the Prophet's (pbuh) life. For Muslims and non-Muslims.

The kids have agreed that they want to also make a large family tree (of Muhammed (pbuh)) based on the information from the book.

I would recommend the hard back cover book. It's glossy and colourful and larger than the softback. My sister has the softback version, I didn't really feel like reading it, lol. The pages seem cheap and dull.

Highly recommend the book. UmmTrio

Mawlanah started his studies at home reading the Qur’an from his grandfather and uncle. Then was admitted to Madrasah Arabia Darut-Taleem, in Mubarakpur, and began his basic Islamic education in Arabic and Persian languages.

Professional Life

After completing his studies at the Madrasah Faid Aam in 1961 C.E., I began teaching, preaching, lecturing and delivering sermons. However, unfavorable circumstances did not permit Mawlanah to stay in one place for long. In March 1963 C.E., Mawlanah joined the Madrasah Faid Aam in Maunath Bhanjan as a Teacher. Then was transferred to the Madrasah Darul-Hadeeth in the same city in February 1966 C.E.

After four years, in 1972 C.E., he was requested to serve in the native Institute Madrasah Arabia Darut-Taleem as Principal. After spending two years, Mawlnah was invited by Jamiah Salafiyah Banaras to join as a Professor (Ustadh).Mawlanah was appointed in Shawwal 1394 A.H. A research institute was established in 1408 Hijrah at the Islamic University of Al-Madinah AlMunawwarah known as “The Center for the Services of the Prophet’s Biography.’’ Mawlanah was selected to work there and was entrusted the duty of preparing an encyclopedia on the subject of the life history of the Noble Prophet (May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), as a research scholar.

Books and Compilations

It is the mercy of Allah who favored Mawlanah and provided  the ability of writing from the very beginning of his career. During Mawlanah's teaching period, he wrote and compiled about seventeen books in the Urdu and Arabic languages. When the monthly Urdu magazine Muhaddith of Jamiah was published in 1980 C.E., he was appointed as Chief Editor of the magazine section up to September 1988 C.E., until he joined the Islamic University at Al-Madinah AlMunawwarah. During that period,Mawlanah wrote a number of articles on social, historical, political and religious topics which were well received by many people. Al-Hamdu lillah!
