Rahmanara Chowdhury

Rahmanara Chowdhury holds a Masters in Psychology and is currently completing her PhD in Domestic Violence and Abuse within the UK Muslim Population. She has worked closely with survivors of domestic violence and abuse, and frequently delivers workshops, training and seminars relating to domestic violence, and mental health and well-being. She is also the author of 'Qawwamoon: Protectors and Maintainers '(Ta-Ha Publishers Ltd.), which explores the role of Muslim men in a marriage and their rights, responsibilities and duties towards their wives.
