Juz Amma [With Urdu Translation] taken from Adwaa'ul-Bayan an Urdu rendition of the meanings of the Noble Qur'an into Urdu by Shaykh Mawlana Yusuf Motala [hafizahullah].

This madrasah edition has the Juz Amma in reverse order so that the short surahs are at the beginning.
