Since embracing Islam, Abdalhaqq Bewley has been actively involved in diverse efforts aimed at nurturing and strengthening Muslim communities worldwide. His extensive experience includes living and teaching in various countries, including Nigeria, the United States, Czechoslovakia, Germany, Spain, the Caribbean, Slough, Norwich, and Bradford. This broad spectrum of experiences reflects his commitment to contributing to the global Muslim community and fostering understanding and unity.

Currently residing and teaching in Bradford, Abdalhaqq Bewley serves as the Chair of the British Board of Scholars and Imams (BBSI).
